3 Paths to Making Money as a Writer
You can make money in a lot of different ways as a writer. Here's a short list.

Author: write a book. Make it available in multiple formats -- ebook, paperback, hardback, audiobook.

If you're a non-fiction author, you can also create workbooks and courses around what you write or teach. You can also get booked for speaking engagements in person or online. Being an author is an authority builder. People respect us wordy types.

Freelance content writer: blog posts, social media captions, books, ghostwriting

Freelance copywriter: webpage copy, sales pages, landing pages, emails

Copy and content writing are similar but different. Content writing is informative. You are encouraging, entertaining, or educating -- the Big E's. Copywriting is persuasive. You're leading a reader to take an action -- opt or buy into an offer, click a button, do something.

Nothing in your business will work without marketing -- not ads, I'm not a fan. I mean content creation and lead generation. I mean having conversations with the right people. If you want to have those conversations online, you need to know the tactics and strategies that will put you in front of the right people.

I struggled for literal years to get my marketing together. No one was finding me, so it fed my doubt about whether I could make a living writing. I'm a good writer, but it doesn't matter if I'm the only one who knows.

Can you relate?

Knowing that you have something valuable worth sharing, but you can't get anyone to look at it. It's frustrating and makes you doubt. It makes you think you should just give up and quit.

Then Martha Krejci found me, basically by doing what she teaches.

She is someone who knew she had something valuable to teach, and she knew how to market it. She is a business strategist and educator, and she is all about the win-win-win.

You can join the Changemaker's Den, a place where she goes LIVE and teaches marketing strategy in detail so you know EXACTLY what to do. And she does four a month. The last one, the guy who edits Gary Vee's reels taught us a thing or two -- which is why you will be seeing more reels and short-form video content from me.

The first month is $1, and $37 ever after that. It's an awesome offer that doesn't reflect the value. It's worth so much more. Try it and see. Implement what she teaches, and you'll see the growth. You can jump in with my link here.
